Our hockey specific training facility provides year round strength and conditioning programs as well as skills training for youth hockey players. We focus on appropriate body mechanics, agility, and fitness routines that every hockey player needs to excel on the ice. Our synthetic ice and shooting area allows for endless puck touches and a fun individual or team learning environment.
